The AMSEC BF2116 is one of the few UL-rated high-security home safes on the market, offering exceptional protection for your most valued possessions. Proudly made in the USA, this safe is equipped with a ½” solid steel plate door, a full-length dead bar for unmatched pry resistance, and three massive 1” solid steel locking bolts. With a UL RSC Level I burglary rating, it has been tested to withstand forced entry attempts using mechanical and electrical hand tools. The BF2116 also boasts a UL-certified 60-minute fire rating at 1700°F, achieved through its seamless fire clay fill and intumescent door seal that expands under heat to block smoke and flames. Measuring 26.25″H x 21.75″W x 20.25″D and weighing 476 lbs., this safe includes a recessed anchor bolt hole and mounting hardware for secure installation. It comes standard with a mechanical key-locking spy-proof dial, but electronic lock options are available. Additional accessories such as LED light kits and optional pedestals can be added. The BF2116 is backed by a lifetime fire replacement warranty, and custom finishes or discontinued colors may be quoted upon request, subject to manufacturing limitations.
